We build sustainability into our design process from the very beginning. Our team streamlines development by using shared tooling and modular molds. This approach cuts down on waste and reduces manufacturing costs. It also ensures a unified and premium design across our entire product line. Our focus on sustainability has grown steadily over the years. In 2020, we replaced plastic trays with paper-based alternatives. We also right-sized our packaging to reduce overall waste. By 2023, we launched USB-C Mobile Docks built with 100% recycled aluminum and 85% recycled plastics, and increased our use of recycled materials in product construction across the board. In 2025, we began transitioning to digital user guides to further reduce paper use. 

Every step we take is about reducing our impact. We do this without compromising the performance, quality, and reliability our products are known for. We remove plastic from our packaging and simplify product design to improve efficiency.

We design desktop solutions that maximize connectivity. The HyperDrive Next Thunderbolt 5 Dock offers 120Gbps connectivity in a high-performance desktop format. It features a sleek and durable enclosure made from 75% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics and aluminum. 

For fast data transfer, our HyperDrive Next USB4 M.2 PCIe Enclosure provides 80Gbps speeds. Our HyperDrive Next USB4 NVMe SSD Enclosure delivers 40Gbps transfer speeds. Both enclosures feature a durable body made entirely from 100% recycled aluminum. These products show that you can achieve top-tier transfer speeds while using sustainable materials.

Eco-Friendly Accessories: Keyboards, Hubs, and the 1200D Backpack 

Our commitment extends to everyday mobile accessories. We craft our HyperSpace Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard and Mouse with 85% recycled plastic. This combination brings eco-conscious design to your everyday productivity.

Our high-performance HyperDrive Flex USB-C Hubs contain 75% PCR plastics. We also build our HyperDrive Next USB4 Type-C Performance Cable using 35% PCR TPE for a more sustainable build. 

For professionals on the go, we offer a Premium Backpack. We make this durable bag from 1200D Recycled PET. This material uses the equivalent of 20 recycled water bottles. It provides thoughtful organization and sustainable construction for your daily commute.

Sustainable Packaging: FSC-Certified and Plastic-Free 

A sustainable product needs sustainable packaging. Every HYPER product ships in 100% recyclable packaging. We removed all plastics from our boxes to help reduce landfill waste. 

We use FSC-certified materials for our boxes. This certification ensures our packaging comes from a mixture of materials from FSC-certified forests, recycled materials, and FSC-controlled wood. We also print all information using soy-based ink. This renewable resource provides a much better alternative to traditional petroleum-based inks.
