We offer free shipping on orders over $40 within the United States.
We offer FedEx / USPS shipping on International orders shipped outside the United States. In-stock orders placed before 3pm (US Pacific Time) are generally shipped the same day.
In observance of President's Day the HYPER Office will be closed from noon PST on 2/17 thru 2/20.
Please note holiday may impact how quickly your order heads your way. But don't worry, we're on it, and we will notify you as soon as your shipping infomation is available.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Please return your items with all included accessories in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the refund amount or reject the return if any of the items, accessories, or packaging are missing.
Please email support@hypershop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Without a valid RMA number, packages will be rejected and returned to the sender. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving an RMA number.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping fees, import duties, taxes, and other associated fees for International orders are not refundable.

Warranty
Most products purchased from Hypershop.com have a 2-year
manufacturer warranty. The warranty begins upon the receipt of the item. If the
product is purchased from a third party, the warranty starts from the date of
purchase.
A copy of the original sales receipt from HyperShop.com or
a Hyper authorized seller must be provided to receive warranty service.
Warranties do not cover products obtained from secondary marketplace, auctions,
classified ads, or non-authorized 3rd party sellers (e.g. eBay, OfferUp,
Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.).
Warranty covers defects in materials used under normal use and
workmanship of the product to its hardware specifications. Normal wear and
tear, accidental damage, misuse are not covered.
RMAs must be postmarked
within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Special consideration
may be considered for unique cases, but this exception cannot be longer than a
month.
With exception to DOA (Defective on Arrival) items, the customer
is responsible for shipping the warranty products back for replacement or
service.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please
email support@hypershop.com.
Without a valid RMA number, packages will be rejected and returned to the
sender.
Replacements under the manufacturer's warranty will be in
like-new condition and may be refurbished. Replacements will either retain the
original warranty from the initial purchase or have a 60-day warranty,
whichever is longer.

UK AND EU CUSTOMERS: 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY OR AS REQUIRED BY LOCAL LAWS.

HYPER Refer-a-Friend Program
As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to HYPER’s Terms of Use and HYPER’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for HYPER’s Refer-a-Friend program:
• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.hypershop.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, Title additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
• Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $200 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.
• Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in increments of $20. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 20 Qualified Referrals. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
• Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. HYPER’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in HYPER’s sole discretion.
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from HYPER’s Refer-a-Friend program.
• Right to Close Accounts. HYPER reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the HYPER Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. HYPER reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
