Charts bold path to a sustainable future
ANAHEIM, Cal. – July 16, 2025 – Hyper, the renowned innovator of mobile computing accessories for creators and Apple® users, today unveiled its new 2025 Sustainability Report – a look inside the company’s journey and roadmap toward creating a brighter future for people and the planet. In the report, Hyper shares how it is continuing to move sustainability to the forefront by redefining how tech is made, delivered, and experienced to drive positive change.
“For us, sustainability isn’t a feature—it’s a foundation,” said Gabi Iorio, Director of Global Marketing and Sales, Hyper. “We’re rethinking everything—from materials and manufacturing to packaging and product design—to build powerful and purposeful tech without compromise.”
Report Highlights:
Sustainability Goals Through 2030: Hyper is committed to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2050 by setting ambitious, yet clear and achievable goals through 2030. To achieve these objectives, Hyper is focused on three core areas: Design, Development, and Packaging.
Hyper Sustainability Journey: Hyper’s sustainability journey began in 2020 with the shift to paper-based packaging and waste-reducing designs. By 2023, it launched USB-C Mobile Docks made from 100% recycled aluminum and 85% recycled plastics. Today, all new products follow sustainable design standards, with FSC-certified packaging, soy-based inks, and increased use of recycled materials – delivering high-performance tech with a lower environmental impact.
Hyper EcoSmart™ Portfolio: Designed with recycled materials and engineered for speed, power, and durability, Hyper EcoSmart products prove that eco-conscious tech doesn’t compromise on innovation. The lineup includes standout products like the USB4 NVMe SSD Enclosure made from 100% recycled aluminum, the Dual 4K HDMI 7-Port USB-C Dock built with 85% recycled plastic, and the Qi2 4-in-1 Magnetic Charging Stand using 30% post-consumer recycled plastic. Other highlights include USB-C hubs made from 75% PCR plastics and a premium HyperPack backpack constructed from recycled PET—the equivalent of 20 water bottles.
